Meditation and Buddhism in Oslo
Je Tsongkhapa Kadampa Buddhist Centre was founded in Oslo, Norway in November 2009 and currently offers weekly classes, day courses, and retreats in meditation and Buddhist philosophy. The classes are open to everyone, no previous experience or knowledge is necessary. Activities take place throughout the year.

Our autumn classes start with a free public talk on Monday 23 August 18:00, a perfect opportunity to find out more before enrolling on a meditation course, or just to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful evening out.
Meditation is immensely practical in our daily lives. It helps to make the mind calm and peaceful. With a clear and relaxed mind we can find a deep happiness in our daily lives and increase our sense of wellbeing and contentment.
Over time we will gain a special ability to transform our daily problems through the development of inner peace, compassion and wisdom. In this way we will enrich our lives and the lives of those around us.
Everyone welcome!
The teachings are currently in English but please let us know if you would prefer to attend teachings in Norwegian.
